Eclaire
Eclaire is a coffee table made out of one piece of Cherry and one piece of Locust wood. The piece of Cherry is a straight, squared board; while the Locust wood is all natural and unsquared. Natural defects in the wood are filled in with copper, blue and red/pinkish epoxy resin.
One side of the table is supported by a large piece of tube steel powder coated blue, while the other side is supported by 2 pieces of reclaimed barn wood (Hemlock) separated by 3 pieces of small tube steel powder coated black with silver speckles.
The top is further supported diagonally by several triangular supports made out of Locust wood.
Eclaire measures 20.5" wide x 39.5" long x 13.5" tall.
All wood is finished with a spray gloss polyurethane.
Will be shipped as freight on a wood pallet via UPS or another freight company.
Currently on display at the Wausau Museum of Contemporary Art for the 8th annual Annual National Juried Exhibition.
